Reset parent password for Tuition Management

A School Administrator user may be able to assign a temporary password to an account user-

Click Settings (top menu bar, top-right)
  1. Select Manage Accounts
  2. Click Edit to the right of the user's name
  3. Enter a password into the Password field
  4. Click Save Changes
  5. Provide the user with their login credentials and have them reset their password after logging in

Password Requirements: A password must be at least 8 characters long (but not more than 64) and cannot be a commonly used word such as "password".

If you are unable to resolve the issue, parents can contact Blackbaud Tuition Management directly at 800-468-8996 (option 5, option 2) and they will be able to assist them. They will need to provide authentication and their Tuition Management School ID before any updates are made.
