How do I reset my Blackbaud User ID (BBID) password?

If you have already set up your BBID and have forgotten your password, or if the password you chose is not working, you can reset it from the Portal login screen.  

Note: Sierra Canyon staff do not have the ability to reset parent passwords. 

1. Go to the Sierra Canyon Portal login screen (a.k.a. MySC/MyBackPack).
   
2. Enter your BBID.  Click Remember Me to have Blackbaud save your password and click Next.
   
3. Click Forgot password?
   
4. Click Send confirmation code to have a password reset sent to the default email on file (displayed)
   
5. Follow the instructions in the password reset link email.  Check the Junk Mail folder, if necessary, or search the Inbox for messages from Blackbaud.
   

If you set up your account to use Apple as your Single Sign-On (SSO)

Follow Apple's instructions to update the password for your Apple ID account.

If you set up your account to use Google as your Single Sign-On (SSO)
