Log in to Portal (MyBackPack)
- Go to https://sierracanyon.myschoolapp.com/edu-core/dashboard?svcid=edu
- Enter your registered email address in the BBID field and click Next
- Click Continue
- Enter the password, if known. If not, click Forgot Password
- If you chose Forgot Password, click Send confirmation code on the subsequent screen.
- Check your email Inbox for a password reset message from Blackbaud. Check the Junk Mail folder, if not found. Follow the instructions in the message to reset the password.
The new password must meet the following requirements:
- Length: At least 12 characters
- Restrictions: Cannot contain spaces or hyphens. The pound symbol (£) is also not recognized.
- Character Variety: Must include at least 3 of the following 4 types:
- Uppercase letter
- Lowercase letter
- Number
- Special character (such as !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, _).
If any of these steps fail, please provide detailed information as to the resulting error message. Screenshots are always helpful.
