Forgot your password or need to change it? You can reset an password or edit an existing one. The method varies based on your authentication method.
Users who login via their school's single sign on (SSO) should contact their school for instructions about changing their password.
The method will vary based on your school's identity provider (IdP), which is managed by your school's IT admin.
An IdP is the directory system used to manage and validate a user’s identity across multiple platforms. For example:
Microsoft's Azure Active Directory (AD)
Google G Suite
If you sign in through Blackbaud's secure authentication service, you can reset your password.
On the Blackbaud ID sign-in page, select Forgot password.
Enter the email address associated with your Blackbaud ID.
Select Send.
Check your inbox for a reset password email, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Tip: If you don't receive the reset password email, check your Junk folder.
You can also change your password at any time on your Blackbaud ID profile. Select the edit button for Blackbaud ID and then select Edit password. For information on password requirements, see how to manage personal information on your Blackbaud ID.
