Using Cloud Print

Using Cloud Print

Ricoh Cloud Print sends documents to the Ricoh cloud and holds them until you release them from any available Cloud Print-enabled copier, using your personalized PIN.  If you have not received your PIN, search your Junk Mail or Inbox for a message from info@na.accounts.ricoh.com with the subject line "[External][RICOH Account] PIN Issuance Notice." You may also request a new one by emailing help@sierracanyonschool.org.

  1. If you have the Cloud Print driver installed, select Ricoh Cloud Printer (Mac) or RSI Cloud Printer (PC) from your computer's list of available printers. Click here for instructions on using Cloud Print if you don't yet have the driver installed.
  2. Sign in to a Cloud Print copier with your PIN and release your print job using the FlexRelease app on the copier console screen

  1. Logout when done
