Using Cloud Print from a web browser

Cloud Print from a web browser requires that the document to be printed be saved on your computer.  For printing web pages or email messages, we recommend saving them first as a PDF.

  1. Go to the Ricoh FlexRelease Portal (https://www.na.smart-integration.ricoh.com/print-site/) and log in with your SSO credentials (a.k.a. Sierra email credentials).  We recommend bookmarking the site to make it easy to find later.
  2. Click Add File

  1. Click Select File to browse to the file(s) on your computer you wish to print.  You will need to add each file separately.

  1. Choose the file to be uploaded

  1. Set your print options

  1. Then click Ok. Your document is sent to the Ricoh Cloud and will be held until you release it from a Cloud Print-enabled copier, using your personalized PIN.

  1. Sign in to a Cloud Print copier with your PIN and release your print job using the FlexRelease app on the copier console screen

  1. Logout when done
